The Court building has an approximate built up area of 24,000 m2 and consists of basement parking, ground floor and three storeys, in addition to helipad. This project is a Pearl 2 Estidama rating and was handed over in 2020. The project includes the main auditorium with stunning 444 Nova chairs including 36 Nova VIPs (long wooden standards, laser carved logo, double stitching), and more than 580 Olympo chairs in the court rooms (outer plywood panel, bespoke stitching for seat and back, metal parts painted in light beige colour).
