The Spanish architect Joan Sibina designed the 19,000m2 of the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum in Doha, Qatar that features a cylindrical glass building inside five interwined Olympic rings.

The architect designed the museum as two separate structures. The main building follows the shape of the arc of the historic Khalifa International Stadium while the second structure is a spiraled access inspired by the Olympic rings. So, the museum entrance looks like a running track within decorative mashrabiya (Islamic-style latticework) which also provides shade in sunny days.

The 3-2-1 has seven galleries housing objects from all corners of the planet, from the origins of sport to the present day: it was at the auditorium where our 250 Perseo Max chairs were installed. This compact model with concealed fixing and synchronized movement of seat and back was specifically manufactured for this project with individual configuration (each chair with two arms) for additional comfort. All wooden parts were finished in natural oak plywood so the chairs would match the materials used in the rest of the venue.
