Specifications

Seat Back: The inner support to be made of ST‐37 round tubular steel, shaped & rolled in cold which serves as a one – piece rectangular hoop for five serpentine springs. Frame to be totally integrated with M4 fire class. With cold molded polyurethane foam of 45Kg/m3 density shaped to the contour of the springs on the bottom. The outer shell to be made out of injection molded PPR 1042 copolymer polypropylene of high impact‐resistance, with textured outer surface, formed to enclose the edges of the inner upholstered structure at the top and both sides of the back. The polypropylene shell extends below the seat level to protect the seat cushion and assembles the adjacent chairs. Preferred: Thickness: 80mm, Foam Density 45Kg/m3 upholstered in resistant synthetic leather fire and UV.

Tip Up Seat: The inner support is made of ST‐37 round tubular steel, shaped & rolled in cold to serve as a one piece square hoop for five serpentine springs. The self‐lifting mechanism is inserted with the structure: two double direction compression springs and lubricated plastic cams that provide quiet & gentle seat uplift at 45o aligned with the armrests. The frame with the tipping mechanism is totally integrated with M4 fire class cold moulded polyurethane foam of 55Kg/m3 density shaped to the contour of the springs on the bottom. The resulting block of inner metal structure & foam acts as a foundation and provides a flat surface on the surface for the upholstery cover that is securely fastened to it by means of stripes to facilitate ease of re‐ upholstering. The seat is fully upholstered with a detachable cover. Preferred: Thickness: 100mm, Foam Density 55Kg/m3 upholstered in resistant synthetic leather fire and UV.

Standards: Central pedestal of 2mm welded steel to a 65x40mm rectangular column. The top of the column has two formed steel wings « U » shape for secure attachment of the aisle & middle standards with armrests. A 2mm reinforced steel plate foot is welded to the bottom of the rectangular column covering all stress areas 360 degrees around the column with continuous thin wire and is concealed on the inside so as not to detract from the clean appearance ; all weldments are gas shielded, arc weld. The pedestal is fabricated to be compatible with the floor incline, and to maintain proper seat and back height and angle. All exposed metal parts are powder coated with an epoxy powder coat finish. The powder coat finish is applied by electrostatic means to a thickness of 80‐90 micros and after coating is oven baked to cause proper flow of the epoxy powder to result in a smooth, durable finish.

Aisle & middle Standards are composed of 2mm steel plates with upholstered wooden panels supported and secured to the «U » steel wings of the structure of the central pedestal. The top of the panels provide the shape for the secure attachment of the armrests.

Armrests: All manufactured in polypropylene with built in cup holder of black colour. Armrests to be furnished with two keyholes in the bottom that lock securely to dovetail lugs provided on aisle and middle standards. Preferred: 100mm polypropylene armrest with cup holder. Middle standards 60 mm steel. End sides 60 mm wooden panels.

Upholstery: Fire class Synthetic leather UV resistant according to UNE 23727 and BS 5852 standards.

Numbering: Recessed seat and row numbering in polypropylene

Color: Colours should be approved by the client

Warranty: 10 years Manufacturer warrantee to be provided
